Gestational sac with fetal pole but no Heartbeat

I went to another ultrasound scan yesterday at 6w2d. The doctor found a gestational sac with a fetal pole forming. But no heartbeat. She said she expect to see the Heartbeat by this time. She thinks its gonna miscarry. And scheduled for another scan next week on tuesday 3/4
they draw some blood for the HCG but did not get them yet. when they did last time on 2/13 the HCG was 3600
Is there a chance to see the heartbeat next week? I am so scared and nervous.

I think there is definitely a chance you may see a heartbeat next week. I didn't see mine until 6w5d. A few days can make a huge difference. Best wishes!

Alot of people can't see a heartbeat until 8 weeks...so try not to worry too much.

the doctor said there is no yolk sac. Is yolk sac means the heart beat?

The doctor just called me and said my HCG levels are going down And it is not a god preganancy.

I am so sorry to hear that. Are they going to watch your levels and do a repeat scan in a week or so? My thoughts & prayers are with you.
