HCG level 1360 5 weeks answers needed :-)

Hi i have had 14 miscarriages and 1 child now 4 i am pregnant again and confused! I had HCG taken at 4wks3 days and levels were 600 and ultrasound showed nothing 4wks5 days HCG gone up to 1360. My question is are these levels ok and also i have read you cannot see anything before levels hit 1000 i have a us in 2 weeks will be 7 weeks.
With my other misscariages i always had us and the Sac was seen, i am trying not to get my hopes up that this pregnancy is fine because of the doubling HCG because my HCG was obviously fine with the previous ones (even though never checked) how will i know if the levels mean this one is fine or are their other signs i should be looking out for?
Would it have been possible to see a sac with low HCG levels before?

4w3d is way too early to see anything. We saw a sac at 5w3d and then the fetel pole at 5w6d but no baby/heartbeat until about 6w1d. Sounds like your pregnancy is progressing you'll probably see something at your next ultrasound! :)
