HCG levels

by Mich102107, Feb 17, 2008 09:27AM
I had a m/c feb 6 and i tested my HCG levels that day which were 31 and was told by my dr I obviously was miscarrying. Then I tested the following day and it was 26. One week later on feb 14, I tested again and it was 24. Is this normal? A week later I only went down 2 points. My dr said not to worry and I should go tested again in one more week to make sure Im at least a 5. I really feel worried. Any one know what this means? Why are my levels still in the twenties if Im not pregnant anymore? HELP!

It can take up to a month for your levels to get back down to 0. I wouldn't be worried.

I am so sorry that you're having to go through this.
