I have taken several pregnancy test 6 to be exact all have been negative. I am 3 weeks late on my period and I have pain around my ovaries. And my friend/my husbands ex wife who is an emt told me that It could be an Ectopic
pregnancy...what should I do? I have no insurance I don't qualify for Medicaid my husband works for the state and we can't afford insurance on top of a house payment
can kill you if left untreated, and isn't something to fool with--regardless of money or insurance. I'm sure your husband would rather pay a medical bill than lose his wife. That being said however, Ectopics
still produce the hCG hormone and can still register on a HPT. You would also generally notice extreme pain on one side of your body, and some have bleeding as well. Being 3 weeks late would place you roughly around 7 weeks. I'd see a doctor.
It would help to know what state you live in :) There are clinics and programs to help people who do not have insurance obtain needed medical care. Do a search for family
planning related treatment and the income limits are much higher than for regular Medicaid. The name of the program varies from state to state (in my state it is called SoonerPlan).
Call your local Department of Social Services/Department of Human
Services and ask about what programs are available.
You really do need to be seen if there is a possibility of an ectopic pregnancy. I would also strongly recommend using birth control until you are in a better position financially...prenatal care is vital to having a healthy baby and it is not cheap
