Has anyone else had an HCG level this low and still had a successful pregnancy?

Last period was 10-13. I just found out that I'm pregnant 11-11 and had a blood test done immediately that day. It came back with HCG only at 18. I've been having a little bit of cramping but no spotting or anything else so I had another blood test done today 11-14 and my HCG is still very low at 46. Has anyone had HCG levels this low and still had a successful pregnancy. I just had a miscarriage in June so I'm extremely worried that it's happening again. Any feedback would be appreciated!
