High progesterone and clomid

Hey everyone! I'm new to this....
Well I've been on clomid 100mg for 2 cycles and we've been trying for 2 years. Last month my progesterone level was a 2.7 this month it was a 56. I took a pregnancy test 5 days before I'm due for my cycle, and got a negative reading. The nurse that gave me my results from my 21 day progesterone test said that that number is really high and that I could be preg. Is she right? If so why did I get a neg. on my hpt? Anyone have any advice for me?

my progestrone was really high when I got my BFP and I was taking 150 mg clomid

A high progesterone level doesnt mean pregnancy,but it means your body is in perfect condition to substain pregnancy last cycle cd21 for me was 76.good luck.
