I was just curious if any of you had any input.... I am going to be TTC soon...and have 2 children, both csections..and i had a surgery when i was 5 for my kidneys and thats the same scar they use for my csections....does it matter that this will be the fourth time they have opened the same scar? does # of csections make a difference on the level of risk of pregnancy? both my pregnancies were no complications,....TIA
hey... i've had 3 c-sections (2nd & 3rd times they opened the same scar from the 1st). and i am pregnant again and will be having my 4th c-section (i'm only 6 wks though). i actually posted on here asking the same kind of question. i think as long as you and your baby are healthy and you're having a normal pregnancy everything should be fine... but i have found out that of course there is a higher risk w/ the more c-sections you have. you just need to talk w/ your doctor about your prenatal care and voice all your concerns so you're properly informed and cared for! good luck... you'll be fine... and me too!!!
