I am worried

Hi All ! I am very new at this site, my LMP was July9th but I am sure I did not get pregnant soon after that cause I have been physical with my spouse on 25th July, I took a emergency contraceptive pill on 26th July and was again physical on 28th of July without any precaution or pills.I am basically on 25days cycle but i missed my period next month(2nd august), tough I had some spotting now and then for next few days until i started taking Progesterone as suggested by doctor. As per the doctors calculation its 2 months pregnancy and i was sent for a USG(TVS), but the report says that there is no sac not even any womb and all seems fine without any infection as well. I was then sent for Beta HCG test and the count says its 7379miu/ml, my urine test also came positive. I am worried if it is Ectopic Pregnancy or its too fast to detect any thing by USG. I am also confused,am I actually of 8week or less than that.
Can anyone please help me by shearing the experience or if one has gone through such situation..

A single beta hCG test doesn't help as much as a series of at least two, spaced 2-3 days apart.  With a normal, viable pregnancy your hCG levels with increase at a certain rate.

It is possible that you are not as far along as your LMP suggests and that is why no sac. Best to see how your hCG levels are increasing and repeat the ultrasound in a week or two.
