I don't know what to do

I keep getting neg. on all pregnancy test and blood test. I just got my doppler today and I found a heartbeat off 122BMP and it go up then down to 117BMP then I loose it again. I around off I might be 23weeks along. Should I keep trying to find the heartbeat or call my doctor office? Four doctors told me I wasn't pregnant in the last 2 months but I found a heartbeat that wasn't mines. I need your help.
Note: I'm little overweight and showing abit but not a baby bump yet.

That's a really weird situation to be in. Ask for a sonogram. It's the only way to know.
