I just can't have an uncomplicated pregnancy

So, since March 2007, I've been through childbirth, surgery to remove a cyst off my left ovary, two consecutive miscarriages, diagnosed with rapidly progressing endometriosis,  now I'm pregnant again (8w5d today). Just this week, I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids as well. In my heart, I know just conceiving this baby makes him/her a miracle child, but I'm so stressed out now. Why can't I just have an uncomplicated pregnancy? This uterine fibroid thing totally ruins my chances of having a homebirth or a midwife. I could only get my DH on board for a midwife assissted hospital birth, but now they won't accept me because of all these "problems". It depresses me. I'm running on a lack of sleep, my daughter is waking up 3 hours earlier than normal, and I'm just so out of energy, it's not funny.

Please, someone tell me I can have a healthy, normal pregnancy, and a vaginal delivery with endo and uterine fibroids. How are these going to affect my pregnancy?

i am not sure about the endo fibroids but i have the uterine fibroids except they are on the top of mine. I found out I had them before I had my 1st daughter in 2004. I had a great pregnancy and delivered her with no problems. My 2nd my son, i still have them and had no problems and delivered naturally as well. I am currently 23wks 3days and so far everything is fine and no problems. I expect to have him naturally as well. The fibroids can be nothing. They may cause you pain or alter your periods or they may do nothing. I have more cramping on my monthly due to them. But other than that its fine. They said they werent going to remove them unless they were causing me pain or more bleeding. Good luck to you and I hope all goes well with your pregnancy!
