I just found out I'm pregant and i'm on suboxone and scared about taking this med i also take xanax 2 mg has anyone taken these med's while being pregant

I seen a girl taking about being on suboxone and was worried and scared sorry to say all her fear came thru and they lost the baby....I went to the hospital to after taking to my doc he wants me to stop the suboxone and put me on subutex i'm worried that changing my meds is that ok with the baby health......I just lost my mother in jan of 2011 so i have alot of stress going on in my life, i'm so scared i went to the er they took so blood work and think i'm 3 or 4 mos pregant,  they said they meds are a class c and class c is ok to take in pregant woman just like vicdon is it good to take early in the prenacey the doc said he would put me on those meds but i don't want to go thru the withdrawls because the baby would go thru them to.....can anyone help me it's it good to change my meds now that i'm pregant.......Please any comments will help me get thru this....
