I just found out I'm pregnant

After an endometrial ablasionin 2009 and a tubal in 2007, by some miracle, I just found out I am pregnant. I couldn't be happier about the news, however, after the birth of my last child in 2007, I had a stroke due to eclampsia, and now am a epileptic. What are the chances of becomming preeclampitc with this pregnancy, and/or having another stroke? Should I assume that this will happen again, or because I had two other healthy pregnancies and deliveries are the chances of something going wrong the same as they were with any of my pregnancies?

I definitely plan to do so, However, I have moved since all of my procedure's, and will be looking for new doctor, so it is going to take me a little bit to find the right high-risk OB, so just trying to get some thoughts before then. Tahnks;)
