I need advice pls Can masturbation trigger a labor?

I was 38 weeks when I have my first baby. I need ur opinion if masturbating can trigger labor? I'm 37 weeks.

Orgasms do lead to uterine contractions but it won't bring on labor unless the baby is ready. By all means try if you want but don be discouraged if it doesn't work. I suggest having sex if you want to go that route. Semen helps soften the cerix.
