I need help BADLY!!

I need help BADLY!!

Ok I went off bcp 6/4-a Thursday-   and i started af yesterday 7/3- exactly 4 weeks after quitting the pill.  Well I've had many of the signs and symptoms of pregnancy but I know it could also be the same feelings you get when you get off bc.  So yesterday af was brown and very light with some whitish/pinkish type clumps and strings of "stuff" in it.  Today it happened again but now they are all bloody (sorry tmi) but they are still whitish/pinkish.  I tested a week from this passed Tuesday and it was negative and I tested the week before that and the same.  My question is this... when you have your first real af after quitting the pill or bc, was it different?  Am I supposed to be having these things coming out of me because this is the stuff that has built up for so long inside of me?  I've been on the pill for 12 years.  Does anyone think it's a missed miscarriage.  I just thought at first it was the built up that bc does to prevent sperm from entering the cervix.  I tried to check my cp and it was soft and low and this is exactly where this stuff is coming off of.  I know this is gross but I need answers if possible.  Do you think it's my body expelling all that has been built up from the bcp or maybe a missed miscarriage?  I've had really bad cramping and it continues but it's like af cramps intensified.  THANKS!!!

I was on bc for 6 years and when I got off of it, AF did really weird things for the first 2 months.  I would think that it is most likely your body just adjusting to life off of bc.  Oh, by the way, oral contraceptives don't prevent the sperm from getting to the cervix.  Birth control prevents your egg from being released each cycle.  Are you trying to get pregnant?

I was on the pill for 7 1/2 years.  When I got off I started getting stronger PMS symptoms, to the point where I had to miss work on the first day of my period because of such bad cramps.  Also, my period on the pill was about 3-4 days and when I got off they were always 7 days long.  I also started getting back aches.  On top of all that, my cycles were totally off, sometimes being 3 weeks late (!).  I got pg like 3 months after getting off the pill, but m/c'd.  It took until my last period for me to get a regular cycle period and that's the one I got pregnant on.  If you are trying to get pregnant, it could happen right when you get off but it may take a while because your cycles could be messed up and you will have to try and determine when your ovulating and all that.

Ok my AF is really HEAVY.  Plus I can't take the tampon being in because it hurts.  I've NEVER been like this.  I'm still getting the cramps and twinges as I did before AF came.  It's weird.  Anybody else go through this?
