I tested this morning ....

Okay so I tested this morning, four days early with the First Response test.

The first line came up almost immediately but I thought, in either case it comes up so that's okay. I waited the three minutes and another faint line appeared. Has anyone else experienced the faint line with this brand?

I'm thinking about calling my doctor still to see if I can get in for a blood test. Seeing as they are closed over Christmas and New Year's I figured this week would be good.

Sounds like you are pregnant girl, CONGRATS!! When I got pregnant I took a test and the first line came up immediately, very pink and strong and than a couple seconds later another faint line appeared! I almost didn't notice it because it was very faint...but it was there! I was like WOO HOO! Than just to be sure, I waited like 3 or 4 days and tested again...same thing, a strong first line and than a faint second line, but this time the second line was a little bit darker. But guess what, I went in for blood about a week later and I was VERY pregnant! The line is there for a reason girl! Your pregnancy hormones are kickin!! Congrats!!!!!! :) But I am totally with ya, I would want a blood test too especially now around the holidays, so if you can get in there, get in on paper, it will make you feel better :) But I think you are definitely preggers! YIPPY!

congrats girlie you pregnant no matter how faint the line is i qould wait a couple more days and retest to get a darker line. have a wonderful nine months.

I got such a faint line that I thought possibly it wasn't even there...........like I was seeing things!!!!!  I went right away to Walgreens and bought their brand of a digital test that actually says the words--pregnant or not pregnant.  I totally recommend taking one of those--you can't get any simpler than that and I bet it will say pregnant:)  Good luck!

I got a faint line when I finally got a positive on the first response. Like kris777 said I immediatly went and got a "pregnant/not pregnant" test and it said the words "pregnant". They are a little more expensive but totally worth it since it will be the last time you test.

Hey grl! OK im going to the doc.today at 4:15 to get a pregnancy test done.Did u ever heave ney brown discharge?If u did how many days did it last? Im now 6 days late on my period and took 2 test both were negitive what do u think?

I don't think I had brown discharge when I first found out I was pregnant, but I did get it when I was around 8 weeks and it lasted about a week or so and than it went away. I never really figured out what it was or why I was getting it. My doc just said it was old blood that my body was getting rid of. I would think since you're 6 days late on your period a positive would come up by now but some womens hormones aren't strong enough until a week or so late on their period. Have you tried testing first thing in the morning? When I first got pregnant I also got a negative result and I was pregnant! So it's definitely possible you are. Hey grl! Yeah well the brown discharge lasted im guessing bout 2-4 days or more now im jsut having lots of white discharge. OK when u went to the bathroom n wipped did u have like pinkish redish on the toilet paper? Sorry im just wondering cause i wanna know if we have the symptoms or not. Mabe im furthur along or something if im pregnant. Well the 1st time i got preg. when i found out and i called the doc.they told me i was 5wks preg. ya. Ok well give me all ur help i can get thank u so much grl

Congrats! A positive is a positive. You don't have to spend more money on a digital test. First Response is a very reliable brand.

I got a faint positive with my second daughter and I'm holding her right now in my lap. She's laughing and bouncing all over the place! And now thinks it is funny to stick her hand in my mouth while I type around her. LOL! You're pregnant. Just call your doc!

Awesome, well i called my doctor and she got me in for 9:30 tomorrow morning for a blood test.

Can anyone (from experience) tell me how long it takes to get results back from a BT?

my doctor told me taht a faint line could just mean you are very early on....but as HCG increase the line should get darker until there's no mistake.  So if you test again in a day or two you should get a darker line.  Most HPT instructions say that ANY line in the result window, even faint, means a positive result.

Well my friend went throught the same thing where the second like was barely there and she is now pregnant! So in your case you very well could be! Yay! Congrats. If you really want to know go get a blood test! They can't mistake that! =)

Blood Test Results...when I got mine it only took 3 hours. I think it varies depending on where you go. I got my doctors office, my appt was at 12 and they told me to call back at 3 and they were good and ready. Shouldn't take an entire day. Good Luck!

I never had any pinkish reddish when I wiped (until I miscarried)...I only had regular brown spotting which my doctor said was normal. I did however have tons of white discharge...and they say you get a lot more of that when you're pregnant due to all your hormones changing. Have you seen a doctor yet? Do you know if your pregnant?
