I took ultam for three days I am 16 weeks pregnant

I took ultram for three days due to a horrible toothache which I have a root canal scheduled for monday. I am scared that I may have hurt my baby, has anyone else taken ultram while pregnant even for just a couple of days? what were the outcome??

Ultram (tramadol) is a Class C medication which means that studies in animals show it does not harm developing fetus but full effects in humans are not known.  However, class C medications can be taken during pregnancy when benefits outweigh the risks as in your case.  Its very doubtful that taking a Class C medication, especially for only a few days, will  harm your baby.
