I woke up today and i think i doubled! lol Any of you had this?

I wasnt hungry yesterday and felt kinda bloated but im hardly ever hungry now. My Irritable bowel syndrom (syndrome) seems a little worse as the baby grows. I was telling my mother i still havent shown very much, but have gained  8lbs since 12 weeks. I was having minor electrical sensations yesterday as well as today. I showed my mother my belly and she says she can tell im bigger but not big yet. I woke up this morning and i think i doubled! Ah lol I wabbled a little to the bathroom thinking what the heck, looked into the mirror and my jaws dropped my husband asked if i swollowed a basketball lol. Well, a smaller one of course. I am constipated but theres no way constipation makes you look this big! With my IBS I was always constipated. Did the baby grow that quickly? I thought they grew gradually, or did he shift positions? its so weird but exciting at the same time.

Some days I do look bigger and people are like 'wow'...and then other days I hardly look pregnant...I've gained 10lbs total.  I do think constipation plays a role too.  From my experience at least.  The baby is still only about 6 inches at this point and like 8 oz max so I doubt that it is the baby growing but rather things shifting etc.
