IMPORTANT LABOR QUESTIONS... labor after sex? 33w pregnant

Hi! I'm almost 33w pregnant (baby measures closer to 34 though), and I know that preterm ctx need to be seen by a doctor ASAP... but DH and I DTD earlier today and TMI but during sex (at the end...) I noticed it felt really wierd and got a sharp pain my cervix almost like his penis had gone into it or like it was dialated a bit. it was NOT something I'd experienced before and we hadn't DTD but 1x since I'd dropped so it's possible.

I dropped a week ago, and have been contracting since then. I'm timing them and will likely go in to be looked at because they're 2min apart right now and regular.... but I'm drinking a bunch of water first to see if they slow.

has anyone here gone into labor after sex and what was it like/what happened (progression wise).

And when doing a self exam (clean gloved hands) it seems I"m about 1cm dialated or 1 fingertip. :( (I know how to check and know what position to be in to best reach my cervix.)

I did!
My short version story:
I went to the hospital and baby was still high up and I was closed! Next day did the deed (twice) walked a mile and a half. Went to the hospital and got checked...baby dropped and i was 5cm dilated! I was also 39wks 3days though.

Yikes - please keep us updated.  Sounds like you might be going into preterm labor.

Sounds like preterm you might want to be monitored!
