I'm confused and need help.

ok, so after being nauseated for like a week and a half, I scheduled and appointment with my doc. They thought I was pregnant, even though I got a negative on the urine and blood test. They started going on and on about how I could be too early to have gotten any positives. Would I have gotten sick like that already then? They checked for bacteria and viral infections while I was there having tests run, they were negative as well, so that ruled out other sicknesses. I got a few cramps today, and spotted for about 8 hours, it was barely enough to even wipe when I went to the bathroom. I'd be 4 weeks and 1 day if I was. I told my guy that if I was pregnant that I'm going to misscarry from the bleeding...although thats probably not true. I tend to ovulate late in the cycle. my breasts are sore and swollen, and back aches and I'm tired but I can't seem to sleep. My doctor is certain I'm pregnant, even with the negative tests so far.

i know it must be so hard to relax, but i'd wait a week (or at least 3 or 4 days) and retest. retest via blood as well as urine. you should have anough hcg by then to get a positive. good luck!

Did they check your hcg levels with the blood test? That should give you a definite yes or no answer as to whether or not you are pregnant. If they haven't done that, make another doctor's appointment and get blood work done again.
