Hi I posted a question earlier about cramping...but now I'm a bit confused. My husband and I decided to conceive...we basically didn't try but didn't try not to. We had sex
the day before and the day after my period. 3 days after my period ended I started cramping (no bleeding though), which has only intensified. My cramps are in my abdomin (abdomen) all over, not one-sided and I have a little back pain too. I have now had these period-like cramps for 11 days straight and I am not due to start my period for another 9 days. I called my gyno and he thinks that its just ovulation cramping because i recently stopped BCP. I would have ovulated Nov. 6-11...but i started cramping before and I still have them now on the 13th. Plus I went of BCP 2 years ago for a while and this never happened!!! Could this be implantation cramping....or highly unlikely like my gyno says????????
I think your OBGyn is right...I think it's to early for implantation cramping. Your body is just getting back into cycle after BCP, even if it was different 2 years ago. You COULD be pregnant, but the day before and the day after your period are not very fertile times for MOST women. Wait for your period and/or test, but I think it's ovulation/cycle cramping from the BCP. Good luck
I think you might be right. I have asked several friends who agree and my gyno seems to be very confient as well. I was just curious because this has never ever happened before. Thanks for the advice!
