Someone told me that eating pineapple and even grapefruit can somehow balance the acid in your body (doesn't work for everyone, but it's worth a try) Also, try papaya extract and get a good probiotic to take everyday. This will help balance out your body and won't hurt the baby in any way. I hope you get some relief soon.
