Is This Normal For Pregnancy ??

I've read that your temperature is meant to be slightly higher when pregnant.
I'm in my first trimester and I keep getting hot flushes that I never normally get. I took my temperature about 10 minutes ago and it was 36.9.
Is this okay ?? What should it be during pregnancy ??

Also ive noticed today im getting muscle aches and keep having to stretch.. and feeling way more tired than i normally do. Been yawning nearly every minute of the day..

This normal ?? Thanks

In my first 8/9 weeks I was tired all of the time, sometimes just didn't want to do anything didn't feel like I had the motivation, n as for the temp I have never done anything like charting temps or anything but mine is 35.5 so ..  I don't see why that's not normal :)

When people refer to your temperature being higher they are referring to your basal body temperature...one that is taken first thing in the morning, at the same time every day, before you speak, drink or even sit up.  It is true that for many women this temperature will stay slightly elevated by a degree or two during the first part of their pregnancy.

You can not rely on temperal, rectal, oral or ear temps taken randomly during the day.  Nor will the temperature change cause hot flashes.
