Is it implantation bleeding??

Hi Everyone,

I'm freaking out. I've been "feeling pregnant" for about 10 days now... Nausea, can't stay awake, swollen breasts, late period. But last night I started cramping and I was bleeding pink for about 12 hours. In that time the cramps were worse than I've ever felt with my period. Woke up this morning and there's no sign of anything. I've taken 2 pregnancy tests and both were negative, 1 about a week ago (too early) and one yesterday in the a.m. before any sign of cramps or bleeding even started. Has anyone had similar symptoms, and should I re test??

Sorry no one with this experience has responded to your post. I've never been pregnant but what you documented sounds like it could be pregnancy. Some women report bleeding early in their pregnancy and its normal. Others say this is a bad sign. The strong cramping you have (without bleeding) could indicate implantation or possibly a problem (like ectopic). I would suggest retesting AND if the  pain gets worse or fails to go away, see a doctor asap!

i have had implant bleeding with 2of my4 pregnancys(3were mc) the implant for me was very light spotting, almost missing it if i wasnt looking type of thing. but everyone is different. now with the cramping idk about that part, dont remember. but if your period still doesnt show go to the dr and get a blood test done. there the better one. good luck
