Is it possible that I am pregnant?

I started my last period 12-25-07.  It lasted until the 29th.  I still have not started my period.  My fiance and I went and bought a bunch of HPT.  All of which came out negative.  We went to the hospital and the Dr on duty did a pelvic exam.  She said she couldn't see any signs of pregnancy.  Could it have been too early to tell by a pelvic exam?

My LMP was 12-23-07 and I just got my Period on Feb 2nd. Sometimes when you're stressed or if your cycle is messed up, your Period gets all out of whack. I thought for sure I was Pregnant too...but I was wrong! If they did a Pelvic Exam they should have been able to feel or see something, because you'd be about 5 or 6 weeks Pregnant. And your Cervix would be closed...did they say anything about that?
Sometimes women skip periods too...our bodies are strange objects!

I guess you could say we are TTC.  I have read that they can't always tell by a pelvic until you are 6 weeks.  i have never been late before.  And I am not stressed! thats the thing!

Right but if your LMP was 12-25 you would have conceived around January 8th making you in your 6th week of Pregnancy where they should be able to feel or see something in you. And they can tell by how large your Uterus is too just by touching it. And they should definitely be able to tell whether your Cervix is open or closed. If it's open most likely you're not Pregnant. Did they go over anything after they finished the exam?

And I'm not talking about normal Stress...it's like Stress we don't know we have...Trying to have a baby..not knowing if we are or aren't...if your Period is late...are you getting negative tests...the way your body is feeling, your thoughts, all this leads to stress that doesn't necessarily affect your mind..but your body and this could delay your Period. Ya know?

If I were you, I would wait and take another test this Friday and than if it still comes back negative, get your blood done-the numbers never lie! Good Luck Hun!
