Is my baby laying awkward?

Hi guys (: im 18 going on 19 weeks and recently when I sit or lay I keep getting the little sharp pains on my lower right part of my abdomen. Is this normal? was anyone else this uncomfortable? I also keep having this really heavy feeling. I feel off balanced alot as well LOL.But about these sharp pains? Their not unbearable or anything, just uncomfortable...

I have those too I believe it's round ligament pain.  normally mine is on the left but it happens on both sides.  try to move slower or change positions to see if that helps.  For me putting a little pressure on the painful spot relieved the pain so i could change positions.

I get pain in my right hip mostly before I go bed or at night feels like a trapped nerves so painfully even if am laying straight and suddenly cough it kills

Yes I think that's normal and round ligament pains like wanabb said. Or baby could just be on a nerve. I had that a lot when I was right around 20 weeks and up. So don't worry too much just one of the joys of pregnancy :) best wishes during the rest of your 9 months!
