Is there such a thing as IMPLANTATION MUCUS?

I am wondering because I have had an unusual amount of mucus the past few days and I am about 5-9 DPO.  The mucus is nothing like ovulation mucus... any insight would be great.  I don't know if there is such a thing as implantation mucus, just curious.  I am REEEEALLY hoping that I am pregnant.  (No more miscarriages... PLEASE! ;)

I had a lot of jelly like mucus after O when I got pregnant.  I hope you are!

What color was the mucus?  Mine is not clear... it is milky.  (sorry... kinda gross)  I don't know if this is what would happen after implantation or if this is what happens if you aren't pregnant, but heading towards your period.  I am kinda new to this whole mucus business! :)  But, I have a lot of it!  Every time I use the rest room it is present on the tissue.

well everyone's discharge is different.  BUT mine was kinda werid, very different from the mucus during Ovulation, more jelly like.  Anyway it wasn't completely clear, Iwould call it cloudy.  Usually when I'm getting my period I get like a milky watery mucus, not jelly at all.  I don't think that checking mucus is very reliable, specially after O.  During O if its clear and stretchy its a good indicator that you are Ovulating but before O or after O it could be many ways.

Ok... good to know.  I know when I ovulated because my fertility specialist did a vaginal ultrasound and said that I would ovulate between June 10-11 based on my dominant follicle size.  (whatever that means)  Plus, I had a mild cramping sensation on Wednesday which indicates to me that I am ovulating.  But, the more I research on the internet about "cloudy or milky mucus" the more I am now thinking that I am probably not pregnant ;(  It is saying that this type of mucus is normal after ovulation.  But, who knows.  Maybe I will prove 'em wrong!

I had the same thing. I even called my doctor about it because I Knew it wasnt a yeast infection. She told me it was normal "women stuff". Mine was milky and of a lotion consistency. I had never had it before. Sure enough, I was pregnant. I hope this is your sign! Best of luck and lots of baby dust to you!
