Should you be allowed to have a long labour after already having a caesarean only 16 months prior? eg. 53hours
Should you be denied pain releif after 53 hours of labour, when you have been told you are now going for a caesarean. (nothing used in the prior 53 hours , not even gas
remains after a caesarean?
Should an ultra sound or curet be performed if this is the case?? (There was continuing bleeding after the products expelled) Ongoing infections were caused including a wound infection after this.
Is it exceptable for part of the bladder to be sewen into the wound?????? causing more surgery.
im not a doctor.....but this is a community of lovely women who will be able to give you some great advice! in my opinion none of it sounds exceptsble....u could have had the gas
should all be removed, the bladder should not have been sewn into it, and the bleeds should have been monitored! you need to seek the opinion of another doc. in your area....seriously this sounds like malpractice to me but like i said im not a doctor.....sorry i couldn't have been of more help!!!
birth this time after a c-section, and my doc said that the kids must be at least two years apart for a vaginal birth to allow the maximum time for the previous wound to heal.
Again, not a doc, but it sounds like some things were done seriously wrong.
I don't know if trying for a vaginal birth aftre a 16 month-prior c-section is typical or okay; that would be a decision for mom and doctor together. But the other things that you've been through sound ridiculous! Don't let it go!
Sounds like malpractice all the way. You should be allowed to have pain medication if you ask for it, there shouldn't be any placenta remains left in your uterus after a cesarian however it happens even when you have a vaginal delivery. And NO your bladder should not be sewen onto anything.
I'd sue that doctor left and right. It sounds like a butchering job to me. Where did you get this done?
