Is this implantation bleeding?

Hey everyone! It has been so long since I have posted but here it goes again. I usually have a normal menstrual cycle 28 days apart. I know my LMP was Sept. 29th. I knew my ovulation was somewhere around Oct. 13th. We had unprotected sex on that day. Although he did not ejaculate in me (pull out method), I am experiencing some symptoms that I recognize could be pregnancy symptoms. I know some people believe it could be too early, but I also believe some women just know their bodies. So here it goes- on Monday, October 18th around 5 p.m. I went to the bathroom and noticed some slight brownish/pinkish discharge on my underwear. It was a little sticky because I tried to wipe it off with the toilet paper. Today is the 20th of Oct. and I am still spotting a little brown but not like two days ago. Now it's just slight when I wipe. I have been feeling extra tired the past two days and even went to bed last night at 7. It wasn't even a rough day or anything. I have been feeling hungry but not craving anything... except coffee for some reason. I know it's too early to take a test since my period isn't due until the 27th, but I did anyway (don't laugh.. I was just curious) and it was negative of course. I kept the other test and I will test the morning of the 27th if I have not started. But seriously, am I just making this up or could this be implantation bleeding? My breasts aren't sore, but with my last one, they didn't get sore until the week I was supposed to start my period. Okay I should probably just wait a week, but do any of you have any implantation bleeding stories or advice for this. A baby was not in the plan, but would never be turned away. Let me know! Sounds like it could be implantation bleeding.  I'd wait and test the day of your period, or at least closer to your period. You can get the first response that can be used 6 days before a missed period. :-)  I have never had implantation bleeding, so I can't offer any firsthand experience, sorry.  Best of luck to you in any case.

Thank you I am going to try to hold off until the morning of the 27th just to be safe. Now I am kind of hoping I am. I will keep you posted! :)

Does anyone else know anything about implantation bleeding? How long it lasts, etc.? I am just SO curious. I just know something is going on.

Implantation bleeding lasts a few hours up to maybe a day or two. It should be very light and can vary in colour. Only around 30% of women actually have it, and it occurs when the egg implants, roughly 7-14 days after ovulation/fertilization. This is also when symptoms will occur as the egg has to produce the hormone to get symptoms from pregnancy.

I seriously felt pregnant about a few days after I actually was. I had a really sore back & breasts too though. But I had implantation bleeding that lasted like a week..it was pinkish/orangish...I took a test when I was a little less then 4 weeks (I didnt know how far I was at the time, but after seeing a dr he told me all the weeks & stuff). Mine was really only enough to see it when I wiped but I did have a little in my underwear that first few days I had the bleeding.You can take a test in like a week probably...Good Luck!

Well, I am not really sure at this moment. I started spotting on the 18th and it was very light. Just a little on the toilet paper. It stopped after a few days and then started up again. It's just brown. It's not even red anymore. I know I ovulated on the 13th and that is when we had sex. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. I am due to have my period on wednesday (28 day cycle), but what is with this spotting? I have never had this before. I am not on medication, I am not stressed, not sick, etc. Why would I be having this discharge? Is it possible I could still be pregnant? Should I wait to take another test the day after my period is due (if it doesn't show up)? That is my plan right now, but any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
