Just found I am pregnant, really bad pains, and bleeding!!

I just found out i am pregnant, because i went in to the ER because of cramps on left side, really bad shooting pains in my back side leg and stomach, they did blood test, and told me I am pregnant. I went to my ob/gyn the next day, they did an internal ultrasound they didnt see the baby but they saw a cyst on my ovary. Two days later I start to bleed really bad with cramps, and blood clots, called the doctor this is on a saturday and his office isnt open...he told me to call and make an appointment on monday, and I am probably having a miscarrige and there is nothing he can do... Please help, should I stay with him as my doctor, go back the ER, or find another doctor???

First time being pregnant...Hubby doesnt know what to do...my family is in NY, no friends in PA.

if you are bleeding that bad, sounds like a miscarriage so you need to go back to the er and have them check you for a possible m/c

Go back to the ER, if you are having localized pain on your left side it could be an ectopic.  I would go get seen. Good luck!
