Just need some professional advise

I"m a mother of 2 children however after i had my son i went on the Depo shot. I haven't been on the shot for over 8 months now and i haven't gotten my period. Last night i went to take a shower and my breast hurt a little so i lightly squeezed it and some clear lactation came out of it. I rememeber this from my previous pregnancy's. Is it possible for me to be pregnant even though i haven't had my period? Do you only lactate like that when you are pregnant? I've never had this problem before. Some advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would test just to be but my mom had this a few years back, she when to the dr. and she just had a cloted milk gland, i think thats what it was called. Make appt with your dr.!!
