LAB RESULTS!!!

I had my blood drawn on Monday for Cysitc Fibrosis, HIV, Glucose....   all the normal tests done in early pregnancy.

I was wondering how long it usually takes to get these results back...

I got mine back in two days and that was with them being sent to an outside lab.

My doctors office told me it can take up to 10 days to get everything back.

I guess it depends on the lab they use......All my blood work is done at LabCorp. I got mine back quick..

i had my blood tests done yesterday and i will 6 weeks tomorrow .... I was thinking the same thing today why didn't I ask them when would I know the results! lol..

it took 5-7 days for me...

it all depends on where they are sent...My OB office is right in the hospital, so I always got mine back within 2 days MAX.....I had other labs drawn a year or so ago (not pregnancy related), and they were sent away....It took 3 weeks!

When I had all my blood work done I went back to the doctor two to three weeks later and they already had my test results

I never really got my results read to me (except on Glucose) because they were always negative. So no news is good news in this case! At your next appointment, ask your doc about the results if they don't offer them just to make sure everything went through.
