I had back labor with my daughter (8 years ago). I couldn't sit or stand. Laying down was the only thing that helped. I was in labor for about 15 hours before we went in. Labor pains in my back started when I was at work and continued and progressed throught the night. They did tell me to try walking to keep the labor progressing. Eventually, they broke my water and 12 hours later - there she was...
I had back labor too - and the only thing that made it feel any better was when DH rubbed my back. I was in labor for almost 40 hours - but the back labor didn't start until I was about 2 cm dilatedDilated cardiomyopathy - they sent me home and I came back about 12 hours later and they broke my water and had him that night. Good luck - I know back labor is rough!
Elevate your feet, and drink lots of water. You'll deliver your baby bundle soon,
Good luck!!!
