Why after having intercourse his sperm won't stay inside me and I wanted to have a baby should the sperm stay in for like 12 hours or something like that right?

Don't worry...a few hundred million of those little swimmers are in there, so quite a few stay in you even if the semen drains out.
You can lay with your rear elevated with a pillow for as long as you'd like, if that makes you feel better. But there is no way that ALL the sperm comes out of you if you get up after intercourse and semen drains out of you. :-)

it's not the sperm that is coming out of you it is fluid that carries the sperm, most of those little swimmers make it up to your cervix.

i feel the same way.but i can tell u i have read online that if u are on top it confuses the sperm.but reguardless some will come out.i would say try to have an open mind about it and trust me it will happen when u least expect.good luck
