Labor ball

Was wondering if any of you ladies ever used a labor ball in your previous deliveries, and if so did it help with the labor progression?

Hey I never used one but I have a friend that did use one and she said that it did help her.  I guess the little bouncing helps the baby drop down.  I never seen one of the birthing balls until I just recently had my 3rd child.  DH got bord waiting for the long wait of the baby being born.  So he was snooping through the room like we all have done and found the bouncy ball.  It was quite funny and took some time away watching him play with it.  Sadly I couldn't get out of bed to play on it lol cathidor, if that's how you spell it.  The laughter so hard is actlly what made the baby come down more lol.  good luck

My sister says it helped with her 3rd child it took her mind off of the pain a lot more and helped push on the laour a lot quicker, i would give it a shot it can't hurt, also my sister never had any pain meds either all she had was gas and air brave girl lol
