Labour contractions?

Hey! I am 37 and 2 days pregnant. i have been get menstraul like cramping the last 2 days. Today i had cramping that Pretty much felt like my period was on it's way. it's been going on all day since about 11. It's not extremely unbearable
But i certainly can tell. Sometimes i feel it
I'n my back as well and get bouts of nausea/ queasiness. My baby is a breech baby. I'm just wondering if this could be the " early" stages of labour or if it's sounds like it and i should basically " prepare" myself. this is my first time so i have no idea. I also had difficulty timing these pains because they never actually fully went away. Couldn't tell when they stop or start now there off and on. Thanks!!!!

It could be the start of labour, but you usually can feel the begining and end of a contraction, with a breech baby I dont think they they get going to well as its he head of the baby that pushes down on your cervix to help dialate it, you should go to be checked out just in case as with breech babie if your waters break there can be a higher incidence of a cord prolapse, also are you intending on trying to have a vaginal birth or a c/section?

I am currently planned to have a c section to avoid any risks to the baby.

ok well I would go get checked out as if your cervix is starting to dialate your waters could break etc, better to be on the safe side and then you will know whats happening, good luck
