Laparotomy and Pregnant

Laparotomy and Pregnant

I'm currently 19 weeks pregnant, and had a laparotomy to remove a large dermoid cyst from my right ovary about two weeks ago.  My baby bump seemed to have doubled in size since my surgery, and now I have a wierd sensation sometimes when I walk or stand, like a tightness, stretching to the max, or a sensation that I'm about to bust open around the area of the incision (which is right above the bikini line). It is really uncomfortable, and makes me worry a little bit.

I just wanted to know if what I'm feeling around my incision is normal for someone who is pregnant and had this kind of surgery.  I know that I'm not fully healed yet, but is it part of the healing process?  Does it have to do with the muscle healing and stretching at the same time? Has anyone else felt this way, or is it just me?

Any sort of enlightenment would be appreciated.  Thanks.
