Late Starting New Pack of Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo

I am 3 days late starting a new pack of Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo.  I had a normal period on the last pack and didn't have sex during the last few pills, or at all since not starting my new pack.  My question is, how do i take my new pack once i get them and have been off the pill for 3 or more days? And is there any risk that I could be pregnant even if i haven't had sex since before my period?

I use the same birth control, and if you miss 3 or more days you are going to have to start right away, but dont take more than the one a day, your going to have to  basically start over, and to be safe i would wait a couple days to have sex again, just to make sure the right levels of hormones from the bc are in your system again.
