Late for Period Negative Tests could it be medication?

Hi I am about 14 days late for my period and I have taken 2 pregnacy tests at the same clinic and both are negative. If I am i think I conceived around October 20th. Its now November 14th. I had cramping one day and then it was gone. Also, I was on Wellbutrin then switched to Concerta for ADD could that have an effect? I havent felt sick or anything yet. I have been pregnant before and I think im feeling some stretching down there...but maybe its in my mind. Any suggestions?
