Late withdrawal bleed?? We used THREE methods!

I have been on birth control for three months and both withdrawal bleeds so far I have gotten my withdrawal bleed on the third day of the placebo week. I am on my third day and no bleeding! I had sex 4 times using condoms, pulling-out and I take my pill at 9pm EVERY night! He never even came in the condoms when it was inside of me. I'm freaking out! I usually have really bad cramps before my withdrawal bleed and now nothing. I don't even feel like I'm going to start. I have a lot of ingestion right now. (I always burp and stuff before my period or withdrawal.) My stomach keeps making noises and I feel like (sorry) going to the bathroom a lot. My boobs are not sore and no pregnancy symptoms but I am scared. I'm almost in tears over here. How can I be pregnant using all three methods at the same time??? . I will take a test tomorrow if I don't start but how can I even be pregnant? It doens't make sense! The condoms never broke, fell off, or leaked at all. We had sex twice one day, but he put on a new condom. Could there have been sperm on the outside of the new one somehow or something? It makes no sense. We were so careful. Someone please help!!!!

I wouldn't worry about it. You sound like your taking the pill correctly and using a backup method. Your period will come. Don't worry.
