Light Spotting some Cramping

I just found out on Saturday that im pregnant my 1st Dr. Appointment is November 23rd since last monday the 26th i have had some Cramping it lasts maybe 5-10 minutes and happens maybe 2-3 times a day well yesterday i had some spotting with the cramping today no spotting but still some cramping should i call my doctor back and see what they think??? should i be very concered? this is also my second Pregnancy.

apparently this is normal during the first trimester, if it gets heavier or more red blood then see a doctor, otherwise have a happy and healthy 9 months i'm hoping to join you this weekend!!
