About 3 weeks ago, I had a blood pregnancy test done because I thought I was late. It came back inconclusive. Then, on December 17th, I had another one done that was negative. My last cycle was weird. I got my period 10 days before I expected it, so going by my normal expected cycle, rather than the cycle I had, I was late December 20th, rather than on December 5. I'm supposed to have surgery on January 7 for pain that has continued since my miscarriage
. I went for my pre-op on December 19th, just two days after my negative and I guess it's mandatory to take blood and do a pregnancy test. Well, my OB's nurse called me on December 20th to let me know that it was very slightly positive, with an hcg level of 23. The doctor is saying that implantation must have JUST occured between the 17th and 19th. They can't give me a due date yet because of how screwy my cycle has been, but they're saying it'll be early to mid September. I went back on December 24th to have more blood work done, and my levels were 135, On Christmas Day, I started spotting
stopped, but started again on the 28th, so I went back and my levels were at 512 just 64 hours after the last ones. They're doubling this time!! I see the doctor at noon today, December 31st. I have a feeling they'll be following this pregnancy closely for the first little while, as my hcg levels weren't doubling with my last pregnancy, and it ended in a miscarriage
