Loss of appitite, pinching cervical pain, and backache! What's the deal?

Could I be in early labor? I am 34 weeks today 3 cm dilated, 50% effaced and soft (according to my last cervical exam) For the past 3 days I have had a complete loss of appetite (weight loss) extreme BH contractions that come and go, severe back and pelvic pain, with cramping. I can't even walk at times because it feels like I am trying to hold up a bowling ball between my legs. I have had 5 pregnancies (2 miscarriages, 2 live births, and now this one). I was placed on bedrest 3 weeks ago because I was going into preterm labor. My Dr is planning to induce me on Jan 10th when I turn 36 weeks but I'm thinking my little girl might be out sooner! Does anyone have any experience with any of these things and delivered early? I am not able to eat or drink anything without wanting to puke Ithink that worries me the most. Any and ALL advice is greatly appreciated.
