Low Amniotic Fluid

Low Amniotic Fluid

I am just about to reach 22 weeks of my pregnancy and just had my Anomaly scan at 21 weeks and 3 days.  I was advised by the doctors to come back at 24 weeks for another scan as they want to monitor me as they just don't know what will happen since they have detected an abnormality  - low fluid.  I have tried to research this myself and am so confused as there is so much information that is avavailble and I am scared as all the things I have read do not sound positive.

I cannot stand waiting another 3 weeks and am petrified of what may be happening to my little baby...I keep asking myself if there is anything I can do, if there is anything else that can be done medically as 3 weeks is a long time and I do not want to wait for something that I could have solved initially?

Please can you advise me further, you may also want to know that the baby's statisitcs are all normal, she is 396g, her structure seems to show normal - please can you help me??

Thanks
