Low featl heart rate at 6 weeks

The TransVaginal u/s revealed the heart rate at 56 bpm, they seemed discouraged. I heard it should be around 100. I am worried that this will end in m/c. I had a m/c over 3 years ago, but in 2008 had a healthy girl. Is the heart rate just so low because it is so early, or should I be even more worried? I want this baby so badly, Could someone please help me?

Have they scheduled another U/S? They should want to re-check in a week or two to see if anything has changed. It is quite low, but it is also very early. I really hope things work out for you!

im 7 weeks  i been in and out of the hospital every since i found out i was pregnant.. first i  started having a brown blood like discharge.then a couple of weeks later i started bleeding heavy went back to the doctor and they told me that i would be having a m/c i had some cloths the size of a quarter or a lil bigger i  did  ultra sound and was told that baby heart beat was very low at 60bpm doc said its not looking good.so they ask me if i wanted to have a d&c done i told them no.. and i'll wait until it passd on its own.. well since i've been back from the hospital in which i went on 9/13/11 and now its just 9/15/11 i've had no cramps i can feel my baby heartbeating in which i couldnt at first..but i go in back in 2 wks pray for me .. that things get better as i pray for you.. all thankyou!
