It'll hurt your own body more than anything. When pregnant the need for Iron close to doubles what it would be if you were not. Many women become anemic while pregnant for various reasons - the most common being they think Iron in a prenatal is not important and do not take it or use gummy Prenatals which do not have Iron in them. It can cause fatigue, weakness, headache, dizziness, irritability, etc etc. Talk to your doctor and see what they want you to do. They might prescribe a supplement to keep them where they need to be, or have you change Prenatals.
