M/C questions

by 110279hld, Mar 07, 2008 02:05PM
So I have been bleeding pretty steadily since this a.m.  Every time I stand up it kind of gushes out but I haven't passed any clots.  My other m/c's started with clots and then I passed some fetal tissue and then it slowed down. This is different.  Has anyone ever had a m/c without passing clots?

Sorry I can't really answer you for sure, b/c my loss ended in a D&C as I wasn't passing them (twins) on my own......It probably depends on how far along you were......I would guess that the further along, the more clots there would be....But like I said, I'm certainly no expert and others who have had natural MC's may have more insight.  Sorry you are going thru this.

I had a D&C also and I don`t know to tell you. But don`t worry you were just  5 weeks and maybe you will have just a havy bleeding.

My oldest daughter had a miscarriage last December at 7 weeks, and she passed a little bit of tissue.  I guess it would depend on how far along you are.  I'm really sorry you are going through this......

i had a m/c in nov. and it started out just bleeding like you said, mostly when i stood up or when i sat down on toilet. i didnt pass any clots for two days (maybe a few littles ones) then on third day i passed alot. and after that is when my bleeding started to taper off. u really should get an ultrasound. many women bleed in pregnancy and everything ends up to be ok. i hope this is true for you!
