MC? Low progesterone?

Hi, I think I am having an early mc, 4 months ago I had a mc but this time I feels a little different. I have been bleeding this morning (tmi sorry) but it has slowed now and I still feel nauseous but my breast have stopped being tender. I have had backache since monday (still have it) and I did a HPT on tues which was positive - so I am only 5/6 days over ( I was 10 days over last mc).

I have had tests done and I have low serum progesterone, but when I saw the doc this week he said don't worry about the low progesterone ( I did ask him if my one day periods were normal and had anything to do with my previous mc - he said no)? Has anyone else experienced this? I am sad but, realistic that this is probably another mc but I want to be able to prevent further ones if possible.

I would get a 2nd opinion...progesterone is needed to further the preg if your body is not making enough...also have you had your hcg levels checked?
