Medication for what. Depending on what it is you're wanting, it might be prescription only or there might not be anything out there. You should also not take anything if you don't need it.

OH!! Lmfao. I seriously need to learn how to read. Really sorry about that, lol. Ummm...there are a couple of things online that you might be able to find. I think they also have books/videos to watch out there as well. Your local gyms might also have classes you could go to.

Have you been able to get any good advice on meditating?
My advice is to start out in a quiet place where you won't be distracted or interrupted.  Learning to regulate your breathing is another thing you will need to do.

A technique I use is to sit or lie flat on a hard surface such as the floor (if you're too comfy, you'll just fall asleep), close your eyes and take deep, deliberate breaths.  Focus on your breathing and nothing else. They say to clear your mind, and that should be a goal but it isn't something that can be easily achieved right away.  Try instead, not to so much force thoughts out of your head but to let them pass without giving them too much of your attention.  Try to go back to focusing on your breathing as much as possible and imagine that your body gets a little more empty with each breath you exhale.  Do this until you imagine that you've "breathed everything out" for lack of better term.  You should feel very still and at peace.

This is a good exercise to help you get started with meditation.  I hope it made sense.

Good luck!  :)
