Menstrual Cycle after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage in november, i had my first period the end of Jan. it is now early march and I havent had a period since. I took 4 preganancy test, all negative. Any opinion has to what happening?  I do want to get pregnant again.

It can take a couple cycles after a miscarriage for your periods to become regular again. If they are lasting longer its possible you ovulated late and wont show on a pregnancy test yet.

I agree with above i miscarried twice and my first i bleed for 6 weeks never got my first period and got pregnant again. Your body is going thur some crazyness just let it be and maybe see a doc they'll probably want to out u on bc so it can help the cycle become normal

I have had two pregnancies that I lost and here is what happened:

first time I was around 8-9 weeks and had missed m/c w/ d&c and had my period for two weeks and then again two weeks after that my regular period started.  It took me 4 more cycles of trying to get pregnant.

2nd time I m/c was on 12/27/10 and I bled for about 5 days immediately and then became pregnant again on 01/09/10...under two weeks later.

The body does weird things sometimes.  I would wait it out a bit longer, and encourage you to talk with your doctor as a follow up.
