Might I be pregnant?

I am wondering if I might be pregnant?
My last period started somewhere around the 1st or 2nd of March, and ended on the 7th of March. My partner and I had sex on the 7th, and twice a day until the 16th. So just by that, there is a high chance of pregnancy, no?
Also, for the past week I have had a higher temperature, almost a fever, I've been extremely tired as well. I have been experiencing nausea almost every day, (something I never have had in my life).

So I immediately thought the most extreme answer, which is pregnancy.
The only thing is, I woke up today and have been experiencing vaginal bleeding, somewhat like my period.
I'm not due to get my period again until over a week away ..
So what is this?

What can I do to find out if I am pregnant or not?! Is there even a chance anymore with this bleeding?

some people have light bleeding around the time that the egg attatches itself to the uteran walls.

Could be implantation. Implantation is usually brown or pink.
